Target your relevant audience means like the page which is related to your niche useful comment on them.

Join some websites like Addmefast, like4like and all.

Or you can build genuine likes by doing hard & smart work. Target your niche related audience only. Don't target your friends which are not interest in that page. Search similar pages and target their fans for your page.

Also proper updation is required on Facebook. You have to engage your fans everytime.

Well, basically if you're not willing to spend money, you're going to need to spend time. Interact with people, ask them to share, create posts that people would want to share. That takes time and effort, but the result will be that you will have good fans that will be interested in your posts.

Invite friends and family, join many groups related to your niche and only share quality content to keep fans captivated.
Involve yourself in conversations between people interested in your niche groups, they will keep seeing your comments and hopefully check you out on Facebook and then discover your interesting facebook page influencing them to follow you.

Join a group, active in the group by Like and Comment & contribute the group by posting a Note. In your note writing give your FB link. You get automatically more follower if your published note is useful.

We comment on other people's pages, join groups and exchange likes/comments with others.

You need to participate with other people in your niche. Make a couple of posts each day and leave 4 or 5 comments on other pages. Once you start getting a few likes it will start to pick up. I find posting videos to be effective.

Don't worry about FAKE likes because they won't help you. If you want real likes, focus on making your page viral, post high quality content which everybody in your page category will like.

Check your page insight, go to "posts" and under that check our the "Times" tab that will tell you when your fan page is most active, that's the time when you should post your content because most of the fans will see it.
