Facebook Problem! Please Help

I am going to use Power Editor to reach people in my area with certain interests.
Since I started Facebook I have added a lot of people who aren't interested in the interests that I am pushing. I feel that I would be better with a small group of hot people than a lot of half interested people. Is that a good idea? If it is, what is a good way to get rid of the surplus people? Any advice about this would be greatly appreciated.

    The best way to target these highly interested people is to use custom audiences. You can find some services on fiverr which offer facebook UID extraction services from pages and group in the niche you choose.
