How to get followers on my Google+ page (not profile)?

    If you have a website then add a link to your google+ page on there to drive traffic to it. Do the same with your other social media accounts and link them all together.

      This is actually give good results. I found a community which has 115 thousand active members, I made two posts and got 15 followers.

    I agree with everyone above! I wouldn't try to buy +1's because Google somehow figured out which ones are fake and they are removing these...
    You can also send an email to all your friends and ask them to add a +1 on your page.

    Well, use google plus as your page. I mean go to google plus and log in then enter your page. Now search for your niche with #tag (#bloggingtips) and follow them. Hope you will get some follow back. You can make comment and +1 on others post, it also help you to get followers.

    My suggestion is that below every blog or article you should have a share this link of google plus and mention a line below that - if you find this useful - share it with your friends by clicking and linking on google plus. well in my experience it works.

    Google + is like any social media platform, the more you put into it, the more you get out of it.

    Start posting regularly, include photographs, illustrations and artworks to add some colour to your profiles, and become a valuable content provider.

    Don't always promote your own content, and share others. Talking to others is another great thing to do on a regular basis, and these people may add you.

    Add at least 30 other people in your niche, who are more than likely going to add you back as a result. You can then build on providing content to your profile, adding more people, and then the snowball begins.

      Useful advice. I think Google+ is similar to Reddit in many ways i.e it's full of groups and sub-groups of people with particular interests. Find these groups using search, join them and post relevant content.

    I got like 200+ new followers per month on my page and all I did was to follow random people related to my niche (15-20 per day only) and just did comments on communities. That helped get the name up and people started to follow my page through that.

    Also don't share too much of other people's stuff. Post your own at least once a day to show that you're active.

      It seems from my experience that following people and getting followed back is pretty hit or miss these days. Maybe I'm following the wrong people. Twitter is the worst, but I haven't tried much with G+.

        Yeah, true. Sometimes, all it takes is a good profile especially a catchy name that will make them want to click on "follow" and maybe read up a bit.
