For Facebook Group Admins

Hello guys,

I have a group with 30k+ members and I'm looking for a easier way to moderate posts. I get more than 700 posts everyday and to avoid trash I moderate them all.

Since I prefer to do it myslef, It becomes really hard. Facebook only let me approve one post by one.

Have someone already invented a tool to make it easier ?? Like select many posts and take an action only one time for them ?

You need to manage few users to help you to moderate each posting. Because you definitely can't control 700 postings daily.

I think it would easier to allow everyone to post on your page without your approval. Then all you need to do would be look through all those post and delete those which are unwanted.

I like this approach or to add a few group members to help you moderate!

We have our FB page set up like Efficacious suggests -- it's really the only way if you want to boost engagement (and IMO the amount of engagement is 100 times more important than the amount of likes).

One thing that we've done, however, is input a ton of terms to be automatically spammed out should someone use one in a comment. (Edit settings -> Page moderation). We've added the usual (and unusual!) words that trolls use as well as names of competitors and will often add/remove words depending on what we're currently posting.

And of course, we're not afraid to ban people who we think will be detracting from our community.

I suggest expanding your admin team so you don't have to do everything on your own. I manage a few groups with a lot of members, and with that many people, you can't avoid problems like that, so having a friend or two assist you would help a lot.

Find who are all jobless and give admin access to those you trust in your groups.. its simple.. Or Remove the members, those who are sharing useless posts....
