How to target overlapping interests with Facebook ads?

We all know how powerful Facebook ads can be.

Is it possible to find overlapping users between two pages and target them specifically? There is no option within the FB ads dashboard, nor within Power Editor that gives the ability to do this, and even the Facebook ads help site says as much:

"Keep in mind that it's not possible to target only the people who fall into all of the selected categories."

Here is an example.

Let's say that I had a Facebook page that discussed motivation for astronauts.

To promote the page on FB and build likes via ads I would create a custom audience with people who liked NASA, aeronautics, etc.

And then I would search for users who were into self-help and motivation; Tony Robbins' page, for instance.

As far as I can see there is no way to download these lists, combine them and remove the uniques. Nor have I been able to find a method to find the common users between both pages.

(I should add that this is super easy to do using the Facebook search bar. Go to the search bar and type: "People who like NASA and Tony Robbins" and you will get a healthy list of results. So we know Facebook can do it...)

Targeting those who were interested in BOTH would make for a much more targeted list.

Is there a way around this? One of the strengths of Facebook ads is the targeting capabilities, and this seems like a natural option to include so it surprised me that there wasn't an easy way to do this.
