    Since the UI is such a pain, I recommend Facebook Power Editor to help with efficiency.

    The editor is a free chrome extension and will make building and managing the campaigns a little easier.

    We use Social Lead Freak to find active niche-related Facebook groups with large membership bases, extract the UIDs of the members of those Facebook groups, find niche-related Facebook pages, events and activities with active user participation and extract the UIDs of Facebook users who have participated and posted in those pages, activities and events...

    We use a custom inhouse tool to extract the UIDs of fans of specific Facebook pages. We developed this custom software because we can't find any product in the market that can give us what we need, but despite our best efforts, our custom inhouse software is only limited to extracting a maximum of 120 fan UIDs per Facebook page. Since this is our inhouse tool, we don't sell this software...

    We use these UID lists to create custom audiences via Facebook Power Editor. As for creating videos that we use for our Facebook ads -- We use Camtasia...
