    One great tip I heard on a recent podcast (don't remember which one) was the following;

    Focus on enunciation. This forces you to slow down, drastically reduces the 'ums' and 'uhs', and makes you sound more well spoken.

    Additionally, preparation can't be overstated. If you're prepared, have practiced, taken notes, created a presentation outline, etc... that will go a long way toward making your presentation more polished.

    Search Google for presentation, public speaking, and similar blogs. There is a ton of help out there on this topic.

    Hope that helps!

      Experience

      Any time at all you can speak in public do so - I started off 20 years ago and I was god awful - I realized what a strong point successful public speaking could be and forced myself to just do it over and over again.

      Now I can get up there - talk for as long as I want and keep my audience engaged

    I have never created video's but going to start learning. I used to do a lot of Amway meetings in peoples homes and conducted one big meeting for my down line once. Had a bout 100 people in the room.

    It wasn't hard to do. With video it should be easier because if you say something wrong you can edit out.

    One thing I learned from telemarketing is to have reflection in your voice. You son't want to sound like Ben Stein, which will turn people off real fast.
    Keep it light and it will be right.

    Hope this helps

    In your videos, just the way you talk makes a big difference.

    Do not sound timid, scared, or weak.

    Videos need to be marketable and useful for your brand.

    You can have the best information to share, but if something is off, it will be completely off and no one will want to listen.
