facebook targeting options- how do I target fans of a page or group?

Hi everyone,

I've nearly finished setting up a campaign. I'm looking at the advanced targeting options. I'm launching a campaign to sell tee-shirts via teespring to people in the US for a big trending topic. he campaign is 90% ready, but there's one thing I can't figure out and I've watched the official video.

How do I target fans of a specific page or members of a group? Can this be done? for example in the "Connections" box it says you can put in a page name, but I've put some pages in, and none of them show up, or does this only mean you can target pages you like, or your friends like? can someone clarify how to do this?

Also does putting the term into "additional interests" make it target the page? And is additional interests the same as precise interests?

    You can use custom audience if you want that things happen. Build a list using a graph search

      Okay I've figured it out- you can't put pages into that last field unless they are yours. i didn't know it worked that way.

      And yes I know about custom audiences/ scraping User Ids, I'm just researching to see if it's safe. I do not want to get slapped/banned, not worth it!

      Can anyone comment on how to stay safe using scraping/ custom Ids?
