PS: I kinda always thought scraping UIDs for custom audiences was too good to be true. Basically it forces all fan page owners to just-plain hand over their hard-earned lists.

not true... i just uploaded 100k to it working fine... the only way they would ban you is if you get crazy with your list... targeting something weight lose then scrape for my toe hurts like... something outside like that

Yeah man no worries! Rumors are Rumors... stay in FB TOS you will be fine.... it is to much money for FB to lose if they stop it...the ADs would lose alot profit for them... big business is doing it!

Yes, use CA's according to FB's TOS. If you don't know their rules, then be sure to read them.

Some of the Facebook Scraper software does not comply with the TOS by using their own API. For example facesniper has now been taken down.

However software such as Social lead freak still works fine
