Facebook Custom Audiences

Now that a number of software systems for extracting UID's from Facebook have been shut down, do you know how to safely get UID's to make custom audiences?

Or do you know of an affordable and reliable service offering this?

    You can still do it manually

    long and involved - but legal as far as I know!

      In order to advertise to UIDs that you're scraping (manually or otherwise) you require permission from those people to advertise to them PRIOR to advertising to them.

      It is against FB TOS to do it any other way and will end up with your account suspended and/or banned eventually. Also, it is possible that you'll receive a legal letter or two from FB as many marketers have so far.

      You should be careful with facebook uids as they have been hunting down many services and banning lots of accounts for such practises.
