Facebook ads vs paypal

So, I'm having an issue with paypal and facebook.
I was advertising on Facebook and paying with paypal in the past. For a variety of reasons I had stopped the ads.

I tried to create another campaign and pay with paypal, however facebook is not saying that the payment method is now blocked. I am also trying to pay with a credit card, which surprisingly, is also blocked.

I contacted facebook and they said that the problem is within paypal's side and that I should contact.

Paypal then said that sometimes their automated system stops transactions which are high risk etc etc and that they cannot do anything manually to solve the issue.

The problem is that I feel stuck on this issue. I really want to use facebook to get traffic, however I really don't know how to proceed.

Has anyone ever had this issue and if so, is there a solution?

    Never had that problem but the only solution I see is to wait sime time until paypal solve the problem. Meanwhile try anothers PPC platforms like adword or 7 search to get traffic.

    Try switching your pp email address and then trying again with FB.

    Also try a VCC.

      What's kind of vcc that can be used to get into paypal advertise on facebook, sir?

    Yes i would recommend using VCC, it works best for me - to cut the hassles!

    Most of my friends are using VCC, but it depends if you want to use it or not. It is safe though!

    You can add another Email with your same PayPal and give a try. Not sure whether it will work or not.
