What Is This FB Error Code When I try And Create News Feed Ads?

Hi I am having problems creating a FB newsfeed Ad in Power Editor. I was previously able to create them but now it is coming up with this error code:

"Error creating posts. Please retry later. You can also go to your Page and post from there. (OAuthException) (#100) CTA is only supported for external shares"

Does anyone know what this means and how I can resolve it?

      I don't because I deleted the Ad. A previous version of the same FB Ad was fine and approved. What did you have in mind as to what this error notice is and what is causing it?
