If I posted this in the wrong place I apologize in advance.

Several years ago I built a bunch of web 2.0 pages for some websites for linking and monetizing. Fast forward a few years and the websites have since been let go but the web 2.0 sites are still up and running. Some of these web 2.0 sites have thousands of views.

Can I restructure the web 2.0 blogs and use them for my new niche without any penalty and will the link juice carry over since the pages do have some domain authority.

That's a good question. Web 2.0 backlink is really awesome. Although it is old, you can modify it and use for your new niches without any problem. Good luck!!

  I can't change the permalink on my blogger sites. Will this affect how I can restructure the sites since I can't change my permalink to my targeted keyword?

  If you prefer to use a custom permalink, you can do so via the "Permalink" option in the Post Settings box.
  
  Before changing the permalink of your published blog post have a copy of your old URL which we use it later in this post.
  
  To change the URL of published post just click on Revert to draft, select permalink, set custom permalink and publish.
  
  Anyhow the title is the keyword you are targeting and that's what Blogger generates as a URL for your post..

All time i believe that web 2.0 sites backlink is really give a good traffic and generate a good leads. Because i have had a games app and create backlink with web 2.0 account and 1st week i have 100 more review. That's works really nice. Recommended..
