Facebook Custom Audience Problems?
Is anyone having problems uploading custom audience files on facebook? I get the whole permission thing and their TOS but it seems that any data file I upload regardless of whether it's an email list or UID's gets "processed" and then displays "0" or "-" in the "people" column.
I've uploaded multiple data files, waited a week and even opened a new ads account and keep getting the same problem.
Has anyone else fixed this problem?
