    There are a few programs out there that do this but I wouldn't do it if I were you. Reason being is because it is basically just spamming and when I tried this in the past my accounts got banned quickly.

    You can also mash up RSS feeds via Pipes: Rewire the web

    and then use

    http://ifttt.com

    to automatically send the results to buffer.

    There are some softwares for this purpose but there are high chances that facebook will ban your account for spam posting.

    Don't do it

    1) The Facebook will ban your account for sure.
    2) The Admin of the groups will remove you from the group if there're more human than bots in that group
    3) you won't get the traffic from groups full of bots.

    I think the post you have seen your Facebook account is a spamy link and this will harm your account or may be banned. I have no clear idea about it. But something like that.

    If you have a Wordpress site there are several plugins that will Autopost which is by far the least expensive.

    Otherwise if you have the money hire somebody to do this for you

      What plugins do you recommend? I was looking for a plugin that auto posted to FB when a blog post was published.

      All the free ones were out of date.

      Do you use a paid plugin?

    I created something like that in vb net long ago.
    it was not every hour but rather it would go to your group list
    scrap the link into a table and after it would go to each link
    and make a comment that spins this means that you write your comment inspinning mode
    and it will always give you a diferent comment. This was so facebook think is a diferentcomment and that you are are not spamming. You can use it to post every once in a while i dont recommen it to do it very often cause your account could get banned

    Auto posters are fine just dont spam. Sendible has one I use to schedule poss to 7 groups and I dont get banned because the groups are specifically for my type of business. Just make sure yours is. I never got banned in 4 months posting randomly through rss feed to all 7 groups scheduled at different times on different days.

    I also get good engagement. But it depends on your niche.

    *robofb (works nice)
    *fb group auto poster
    *socailposter
    *simplefbautoposter and s on.

    I use MaherPost to schedule my posts to Facebook groups. I have connected 6 Facebook accounts with the app and post to groups of all accounts at once.

    It's doesn't get my account blocked and I am getting maximum exposure.
