There are tons of ways how you can build your audience... Try to Google it for more specific definition. Just let me give a hint - content is a King.

  H, I always post my blog posts /FB posts to multiple sites including Triberr, Pingler,Scoop.it!.Also share your posts to your other social profiles. Are you part of any relevant FB groups? Post your blog post there. Also, if you are writing about something that includes a review or suggests tools or mentions another person's idea, email the people who you are refering to in your blog post and them know that you have written about their idea, product, tool etc.

  I really liked your article on [article title] and thought it included some great tips for people looking to [task that the article aims to achieve]. I’ve shared it across my social network.
  I have actually also written an article on [mutual article topic] available at [your article url] which I thought would be useful for your readers.
  If you think it’s useful, please feel free to share it with your audience, or add it to your list of resources.

1.use hashtag (#)
2.upload interesting photo with attractive sentence
3.tag that photo who had many friends in your friends list
4.ask to popular fb page for refer your page
5.invite popular people on FB to become an admin.
6.mention fb page url to your other social media sites(instagram, twitter)

its simple. you just like it and go to the profile of other people who have liked it.
you like their status and photos and they will like yous in return.
in starting will be slow but later ur likes will increase tremendiously
