Facebook Ad to a Facebook Tab

Can anyone help me on how to create a Facebook ad to a facebook tab? If I put in the URL to the Facebook tab the ad will just take me to the newsfeed for the page. I have tried searching Google but no luck. It appears that this was a feature awhile back, but with the new changes to the Facebook advertising campaign I can't find the option to point to a Facebook tab.

      Create a Landing Page with Opt In in a Facebook App. Use paid Facebook Ads to drive people to the App/Landing Page. Generate leads and sales using this process.

      More advanced, set up a LIKE Gate, only show people your Lading Page or Offer if they "LIKE" your Page.

        yeah the problem is I don't see a way to create a facebook ad that points to Facebook tab. How is that done?
