I agree with what several others have said in that I would not recommend buying views or subscribers. When it comes to video views, a lot of services will send you bot traffic even if they say they're sending real views. This can get you into hot water, and even get your channel banned.

Also, if you buy subscribers you could end up getting subs from YouTube accounts that aren't really legit. YouTube is quite good at detecting any funny business and they will not hesitate to ban you for it.

My advice is that you simply create good content, make sure that it's keyword optimized (use keywords in your titles, tags, and descriptions), and then just let the views and subs come naturally.

If you really want to jump-start a video's view count in a more legitimate way. you can generally do this by running a quick, niche targeted Facebook PPC campaign, and sending the traffic to the video.

Just a word of advice; be careful of the services that you use to gain YouTube subscribers and views because a friend of mine had problems with the same services that he paid for a few months ago. Based on my personal experience I made up some rules how to do it right and safe:
1. Growth of artificial likes, views and subscribers in no case should not be harsh. In no case don't buy hundreds or thousands video views that will appear very quickly. Most services selling Youtube views and likes - offers such conditions - a lot of things in a short period of time. It will end by Youtube ban in most cases.
2. For new video buy up to 1000-1500 views at a time. No 10K views for new video. Through some time you can buy more views but not at a time.
3. Along with a purchase of artificial views and likes attract to your video natural traffic in other ways. For example, you can use the same Google AdWords.
4. There is one more way to get natural video views on Youtube and not only on it. Currently I'm using it and figuring out the nuances. Once I gather more info about it - I will let know in this thread.

If you want to get real views and subscribers, you should create good content, and bring real value to your viewers.

Post an article with your YouTube video. If you don't have blog. well create one blog with your youtube video.
