I am trying to post links in Reddit for my site. But I get message that for the niche I am working on, links can't be posted. I have to post the articles.

Now my question is, can I post my full articles as it is 100% (already published on my site & indexed) on the Reddit.

Will it be taken as duplicate content and penalized by Google & Reddit.
