Custom Audience in Facebook Power Editor

So I found that in the power editor I can copy the audience of ads that I have already placed. My question for anyone who knows the answer is, how come the new copied audience does not appear in my custom audience list when not in power editor? I have uploaded changes but it still doesn't show up?

Any help would be much appreciated!
