I am not sure, what must be the reason of sudden decrease in the reach, but Facebook is limiting the reach, but it's not all of a sudden. Nowadays, I notice Facebook posts reach only to 4 - 5 % of the fans. Earlier it was around 10 %. Regular posting, using hashtags, images improve reach but not much I think. Facebook is encouraging people to use Boost Post - feature for paid promotion.

Facebook has been doing this for some time now and yes, it's annoying.

Here is an article I found recently on using rss feeds of your pages to reach your fans. Not perfect, but I'm going to give it a shot.

so it's true that facebook is limiting the reach to make pages owners to pay for it.... but it's not fair...now i have to post at least 4 or 5 times aday to keep the reach up...

It's their platform, and they have to make money somehow. "Fair" has nothing to do with it.

You can increase your organic views by increasing EdgeRank. Post content that encourages interaction. Every time a user takes an action relating to your content, the likely you are to show up in their News Feed.

On the whole, you get what you pay for.

I understand that interaction with your audience is also part of the change. Facebook's argument is that their site is about social media and and the social part of that means people interacting with each other.
So, if no-one is leaving comments or you're not creating dialogue then you can expect your reach to start dropping.

There is nothing you can really do now unless you pay to boost your posts.

Facebook started to cut the reach the start of 2014 - but then decided to cut it AGAIN in April (News Feed FYI: Cleaning Up News Feed Spam | Facebook Newsroom)

The best thing to do is continue to post good and quality posts, otherwise your reach will continue to drop.

    Good Luck!
