Hoping you can help me with this FB problem, please.

I sure hope someone can help me figure this out...

I purchased a FB app that was to post to Facebook. I had a few
problems so contacted support.

One of the techs made a tab for me as I had expected it to post on
the fan page, which it does not at this time and a couple of the
icons such as posting an image to one fan page have disappeared. I
cannot post anything but words to this page because of this.

My guess is the tech had to fiddle around to figure out what to do and
accidently switches some things off.

Can anyone tell me how to turn posting an image icon on and the set
the time/clock icon on. I cannot do much until this is fixed.

      I am not here to knock a company, and don't quite know what difference it would make, but it was Social Marketing Suite

    I've never personally used that app, but if support hasn't helped you fix the issue you may want to consider using a different more reliable and reputable tool.

    Things like HootSuite, Buffer, PostPlanner etc. are MUCH better for FB posting, and their paid plans are extremely reasonable.
