    Yes, you can promote Amazon products on Facebook. I've promoted a number of products to a highly-engaged page I own and have made hundreds of dollars off of just a handful of posts. The key is to promote the items in a non-spammy way while making sure they fit in with the theme of the page. I only promote a few items a week and they're usually low-cost items. I've tried high-dollar items but have found I make more money off the lower priced items probably because they're more of an impulse-buy type of thing...which makes them perfect for Facebook.

    On your facebook page if you have one search for a tab called html static iframe install it on your page go to amazon setup your affiliate store copy the html put it in the facebook page tab and there it is your own amazon store on facebook then you will need to find an audience i'd also recommend setting up a simple site also with your amazon store they also offer some cool widgets but don't forget to add an email signup box for latest deals and offers this way you can reach your customers whenever you choose.
