How to get cheap clicks on Facebook?

The only guides I find are about custom audiences
(taking from groups or pages user ids)
I realized it's no longer legal on Facebook..
So what can I do now to lower the price of the links?

    If you are looking for likes to your page you can target only 3rd world countries - you'll get thousands of likes this way for a few bucks!
    Are they targeted? No but they'll make your Fb page look great and you can go from there...

    Actually there are a lot of ways how to get cheaper click on Facebook, and actually i have encountered and read alot about cheap facebook click tricks but non of these really exposed what are the things and the basic steps to do it.     You can buy thousands of likes for cheap on websites like fiverr.com, but they are just a number. They won't be engaged on your site or become customers. If your goal is to build an actual fan club/following, you have to invest real money and real time into it.

    However, if you just want your number up, a cheap purchase will do the trick.

    You can still target your audience on Facebook such as gender, interest and so on. So target your ad in this way and you will get the right people to your fan.

    It's cheaper if you advertise within facebook, so not linking to a side outside facebook as that costs more.

    Also make your ad interesting and get your targeting right to get a high click through rate, that will also lower the price.
