How to target a muscle campaign on Facebook * Help Required!

I am setting up a muscle campaign and I want to know what to target.
I understand that age should be 30+ however is it necessary to target interests?

    Download Social Lead Fox or any alike, there are free around if you'll search. Scrape groups to your niche and members of it. Do a mass posting on their feeds. I have a good tutorial of this for free on my blog on my sig below.

    It's hard to give you advice without knowing exactly what subniche in muscle building you're targeting, but there are a ton of interests you could target. I've had good luck targeting bodybuilding.com and then narrowing down the groups I'm targeting based on age, sex and other factors.
