Bilingual Facebook strategy: one page for each language?

Hello guys,

I have a site in English and Spanish, both in different domains (.com and .es) and they´re basically the same content but in different language. Nevertheless, I just got one Facebook account for the 2 of them. Following the advice I read on an e-book, instead of opening 2 accounts for each language, I just segment every post I make according to the language. My problem is that when people come into the Facebook page, they see a ton of duplicate images that just differ in the descriptive text, and this may make them not want to come back constantly. The type of content that I post is memes and also images that have links to my site´s articles in the descriptive text. I´m thinking on separating the accounts, creating a new one just for Spanish-speaking members, and right now would be a good moment cuz I still don´t have too may fans (238) so it´s not like "a lot of work is lost". What do you guys think?
