How can I find instagram influencers to promote my new startup?

I'm working in a computer/technology startup targeted at students(primarily college students and incoming high school seniors)

I tried Search Instagram. It gave me a whole assortment of individuals but I wouldn't consider them influencers.

The closest I got was going through 'Explore' section. I tried that and found some individuals with large following but the issue then became reaching the right target.

    I'd link you to a bunch of free info, but the last time I did that WF deleted my message. Just google, "instagram influencers" and skip any sites that are charging money.
