Help with new website [Facebook Page]

I'm ShadedCS and I just started a new Facebook page + website combo and I'm trying to learn the best way to get the most followers.
My Facebook page is Fit Media Now and the website URL is fitnow.co.
So what I'm looking to do is increase page growth pretty quickly without spending much money (none would be preferred).
