What kind of Facebook ad is this?

Hi guys,

I am not really new to Facebook ads (and have created and ran at least a hundred), but lately, I have been seeing these ads like these in my Facebook timeline imgur: the simple image sharer
and I have no idea to create them!

I am especially interested in:

1) the "like page" button on the top - how the hell can i add that?!
2) the first description is relatively long. Most of the ads I ran have a limit for number of characters in that box.

Are these "boosted" posts? Or "sponsored stories"? If so, how can i create the "sponsored story"?

    That is a Clicks to website news feed ad.

    In the power editor select the "Clicks to website" as the campaign objective and then "Page post linked to your website (eligible for News Feed)" option for the ad creative. The like page button is added automatically.

    It's a sponsored ad and more effective than the RHS ads that you will see on the right of the page. These can be targeted as deeply as you like, if you want to target fishermen in Londonderry, Northern Ireland - you can do that.

    Another cool thing about these sponsored adverts is that you can test a few different images to see which one works best. When you find which is the best image, Facebook will automatically use just that most effective one. This way, you can get the best results possible.
