    You can list multiple people using the @username tag, though if you post a lot of user names in one post, it will usually be seen as spam. Like any social network, trying to keep everything personal is a better approach so reply or comment to each person separately imo.

    Yes you have to thread cautiously on twitter and not to spam. I normally type in e.g healthly eating groups, follow them and add some good content and pitch my markethealth products now and then.
