Problem with my Teespring Campaign

Hi Guys!

Got a little problem. I have a teespring campaign running at the moment that has done well - over 100 sold.

However, i have literally just spotted a typo on the design - stupid for not double checking everything.

What do i do? Will Teespring edit the design for me if i send them corrected artwork? If i tell them about the typo will they remove the campaign as there is a chance there might be some returns due to the spelling mistake that everyone has so far obviously missed.

Really in 2 minds what to do. I obviously don't want people to get a tshirt with a typo on it but at the same time i don't want to throw away $1000+ profit.

Has anyone had similar in the past? What did you do?

I don't get that why are you asking this question here at the Warrior Forum, please contact Teespring as soon as possible and try to convince them that the edit is necessary for the sake of name of Teespring and you as well.

Okay then hope that they would care for your business and help you submit the right design and fix the issue before sending the order to your prospects.

I would contact Teespring and let them know what's going on and ask if they're willing to help you remedy the problem. If they weren't willing to change things, I'd shut down the campaign immediately, correct the shirt and put it back up for sale. That way, at least nobody else buys the shirt with the typo. My business is too valuable to risk losing future paying customers over one shirt...
