Social Lead Freak

Does Social Lead Freak still work? I bought it but never used it and wonder if people are still getting it to work for them.

    From what I have been told by a few of my students it is/is not working. Pulling UID's from groups seems to work fine for them, but when they start pulling them from pages it does not take long and they start getting 0's for available posts.

    They are probably in the works getting it figured out now.

      Haven't even heard about it, but twitter made a bit of changes recently that killed a bunch of older software.

        It's not totally dead, but definitely on life support as FB killed scraping UID's from pages and groups.

    but yes, be aware of using the uid's without a fb app to uses on the audience

    just BE CAREFUL using only all fb.com emails - it's a pretty easy sign that you scraped those too.
    FB allows you to upload emails from your own newsletter/opt-ins... so uploading only fb.com emails may trigger the scrape as well. pretty normal to assume that your opt-ins didn't use their FB emails to sign up to your list =)

    will they dig that deep? haven't heard anyone with an issue yet, but it is pretty obvious that it's a scraped list if they wanted to see.

    damn FB and their rules... lol

    Since the release of Social Lead Freak there has been many new releases of social media lead software....you can search here on the warrior forum or on google to see reviews and other choices....it's always good to have a few different programs rather than relying on just one....just my 2 cents!

      Well you correct about it being not able to scrape uids from pages but it does fine on groups. Also facebook seems to be ok with the fb.com emails , for the persons who cant seem to log in i have a fix for this.

      You now have to create your own fb app for it to work, reach out to me and i will provide you how to go about it.

    I asked for a refund because I asked Facebook directly if Social Lead Freak was against their TOS (terms of service)... because I've heard of peoples personal Facebook accounts getting wiped off the map because they used SLF & other similar software.

    Needless to say, I DID NOT receive ANY refund, instead I received a bogus email filled with excuses and my SLF account no longer works and thus the software does not work, well not to mention that I have an email directly from Facebook Advertising Support stating flatly that Social Lead Freak does not meet their TOS.

    It would have been nice to receive a refund considering SLF claims in it's marketing that it's Facebook compliant.

    I'd avoid using SLF. FB advertising accounts are getting wiped out left & right these days.

    I'd use audience intersect instead.

      I'm using SocialTargetingpro, its a stand alone application, support the use of vps and proxy and it can run multiple search terms without any problem. you can scarp uids and interests using this. they have frequent updates and great support service.

    really, don't go the spamming way to self destruction

    those who start scraping emails and spam them, they get their email and their website blacklisted
    forever... pretty much being the end of their online business

    all mail servers are now very unforgivable with spammers
