      Buying traffic on Youtube can get you banned so be very careful with buying likes or views.

      I agree with the previous post that links are important and there are places that you can get good quality links like facebook without too much work.

      Make sure the URL of your video is in your description at the end - that way when someone hosts your video on their site via YouTube Share it will give you a backlink free of charge.

      Subscriptions count is important so make sure you ask you viewers to subscribe in your video.
