What to do with Facebook accounts with 5000 friends

Hello guys, I made two Facebook accounts last December and I managed to make 5000 friends on one of them and 4000+ on the other. I didn't use them a lot since I got more successful with other methods. I forgot about them until now, and I kinds wanna get rid of them.

What can I do with these accounts now?

    You can create Groups on Facebook on any Niche, add your friends on that group and Post your offer or product to your friends.
