Selling to prospects via facebook chat

Hey Guys,

Im an admin on a facebook group, and am regularly conversing with people. The plan has been to offer them my free ebook and build a list from there.

However I feel this is also a great opportunity to sell to them via chat itself. If I am receiving 50 dollars or so per product then if I sold to even ten prospects a week to start with then I would be very happy, and could quit my job.

Do you guys think it´s possible to sell like this?

And if so what techniques would you recommend for going about it?

    I don't recommend to go through that!

    If you do you will actually scam people on facebook. You are wasting your time there!

    Instead add value to your group to attract new members. Also pin an Ad to your group.

      Chat worked amazing for me to build my business. My largest client I originally got through Facebook messages as well as most of the top 10. If you use it right, Facebook chat is best for getting the huge clients.

    Facebook will most likely ban you links when you overdo it.

    You might get banned if you do direct sales on chat. Instead, use your CONTENT to build influence and TRUST in your brand. Social media is all about INFLUENCE MARKETING and not direct sales. Also, you can't fake it until you make it: â€Å"Fake It till You Make It†Doesn’t Work On Social Media|ACES 4 Hire (not my site)

    You have to build credibility for your brand and your brand does the selling.

    Let the selling worry itself... your goal is to build relationships with your prospects.

    And remember...

    Nobody wants to be sold to... People ask for it if they wanted to buy it, even if you are not selling it!
