Looking for social media shoutout accounts!

Hey guys,

I'm currently looking for websites that let you put your social accounts there and both advertise your own accounts to sell shoutouts AND pay other users there to advertise your campaign on their own accounts.

Does these sites exist?

I know there was Sponsored Tweets but they closed new signups...

I need:
- Instagram fitness niche shoutouts
- Twitter fitness niche shoutouts
- YouTube fitness niche shoutouts (new vids)
- Facebook fitness niche shoutouts

OR maybe a site for social media adswaps (kind of email list swaps but with social media accounts)

    There are Facebook groups with members who offer shoutouts at a price.

    Search for your niche shoutout groups and get in touch with a few people there.

    I know there are tons of them on Instagram. Just use the Instagram search feature and look up fitness and related terms and you'll find loads of fitness accounts that offer shoutouts. If it is a large account like say 50k -100k or more and they have an email address and/or Kik username(Kik is an instant messaging app) in their bio that usually says something like business/promos then most likely they will do shoutouts for a fee unless you have a following approx. the same size following then you can do a shoutout for shoutout which is just like an adswap and is free.
