Real Facebook Money?

Hi everyone, i saw a post on this forum where one guy claims he makes about $500 a day from his facebook page only. Of course he claims to have a page of almost 700k users who are for the most part active and engaging on his page. I have a page of about the same stats too but with so many people claiming they know hoew to make money which sometimes are just exagerartions and mostly not true, i was wondering is it true you can make money with an active page like that with traffic from your own page? I would like to start engaging my fanpage that way but i wanted to find out first if its even possible or worth the time to invest in a page this way and i would appreciate the input of people who have made money or are making money with their own pages to know if its possible or not.     It's possible to make $500 per day (and more) through Facebook pages.

    If your page has 700K members that are targeted to a specific niche market and there are products available that you can sell to people in that market, paid advertising can make you a lot of money when done right. I do it by building up a page by buying likes from Facebook and then advertising to the members of my page. I send them to a website where I attempt to capture their e-mail address and sell them products.

    It might be possible. But there is a catch. You´ll not get out to every fan when you post. FAcebook made some algorihm changes a year ago or so. I really think you should try to use the FB note option to get out to every interested fan in your fanpage... right now only a segment of your fans will see your posts...

    Facebook want to have you pay to get out to the fans you already paid for...

    So the note option will give you a better chance...

    You can market to this page products, yes that is the case. But that depends whether you've nurtured and conditioned your followers into buying your offers.

    Ask yourself why these people like your page?

    And

    What will sell to them?

      I find it is easiest to make money on Facebook by building relationships with CEOs and business owners trying to grow their Facebook pages through messaging. This strategy has worked very well for me and requires much less effort to maintain plus no reliance on Facebook algorithms or third party products.

    Actually anything is possible anywhere if you just know how to do it. After you have found it out $500 a day is nothing.

    Well many people claimed that they really do get enough sales from these kinds of marketing, but i doubt it also. $500 is a doable amount but, when you say everyday - i don't believe it.....

    I think $500 a day is totally possible especially when you have that many fans and alot of them are engaged. Instead of focusing on making daily sales you can mix it up I know of a few affiliate networks where you get paid for bringing in leads. Now I know they only may pay only $1 per lead but when you have so many fans who are engaged it would be quite easy to get 500+ people a day to bring in leads. Also depending on your fans there are many affiliate programs that you can use. I hope this helps.

    Hey everyone let's not forget that these 700k fans are like having an email list. With the recent changes that Facebook has made those Fans get their updated directly to their emails. So that Fan Page has to be updated so these fans get that update and interact with that message. The biggest thing to remember is that you get those Fans to not only Like but Get Notifications... Suggest it and everytime you make a post whether you use the 80/20 or 75/25 content to monetization strategy that $500 a day is very possible...
