I don't feel this is the ethical way to do SEO and if it is then anyone can go for such a service as $5 is a big amount. Moreover, as per me later or sooner Google will definitely sue such sites which are offering this type of businesses. And somewhere the strict rules and regulations from Google is the result of these sites only.

So, personally I don't recommend you going for such things.

The key to good social signals is consistency and engagement which just means people are sharing you content consistent and engaging in your content.

Fake Followers are easy to spot by Google, Intelligent People. IF you are serious about branding yourself you would never add fake shares especially in bulk.

There are various paid ways to gain traffic & impove the website visibilty. But the more organic method is to go for natural ways of increasing followers and thereby increasing the website traffic..
