Hello I have a new blog www.how2dothese.com and I read somewhere that in order to get high pay with adsense one needs to have lots of traffic from US, UK and Canada. I am stuck on ideas can any one help me. Or anyone from the mentioned countries tell me what to do.

Find as many Facebook groups as possible from those country and share your content.

  Facebook ads (you can choose where in the world your ad will be seen) and joining groups is the best.
  
  You may also set up a Facebook page that you link to your blog and put a summary of your blogposts onto your Facebook page as well as making sure to interact with the other group members in the groups that you join.
  
  But before you start posting a lot in the group make sure that you learn how people are expressing themselves and do NOT promote your blog too much, (you do not want to come across as spammy or get banned) , the contents that you are leaving will draw people to your Facebook page and from there onto your Blog.
