Facebook Ads - "Behaviors" setting

When targeting ads on Facebook - obviously we use targeting by interests, location & age when buying advertising. One other thing I have done is target by behavior using the following settings -

Behaviors - Online spenders, Online spenders (Engaged) or Online spenders (Active)

Anyone else use those settings or "not" use those settings... reasons not to? Product/site you are marketing affect your decision to use these settings? (Example - IM product vs IM blog vs fashion vs electronics sales vs health vs etc...) Do you use any of the other "Behaviors" settings?
