Hello,
I see that some people have a "Registered Member" title under their name and I don't

I think I have completed the whole sign up process, I even clicked the activation link twice and it says it's already completed.

So how do I fix this?

    You don't fix it.

    That "registered member" designation was used back when there was a fee to join the WF. There is no longer a fee to join so that term is no longer used.

    Realistically - if you are on the forum and posting...you clearly are a registered member....
