How to get rid of "the feed"

Ok...long story short: Logged in today...seen the feed, clicked "go back to old design" because I hate how the "modern new feed " looks.
The problem is the forum didn`t go back to the old design and I`m stuck with this feed.
Searched everywhere but didn`t find a way to go back to the old design

Can anyone help?

Could you send us a screenshot over our Help Desk Support so we could check it on our end?

Will do. But isn`t there an option in the profile settings to go back to the old layout?

      Thanks

Basically, each time I try to read a thread I`m redirected from the forum to the feed.

It seems that if you're browsing from feed, all thread links there will redirect you to the new design. In forum, it seems okay(?)

I have been getting this when I logged out last night. You should try clicking on Forum or the classic look. Please do not due away with the classic look or give us a default option that we like.

      Thanks

It seems that the issue was resolved last night. When I logged in today the feed was gone.
    Voodoo works after all.

Thanks to the silent hero (admin) who helped.

      That's good!

However, the forum is loading and running slow today - and I've had several 503 errors when navigating. Looks like a new problem as response time has been good under FL.

Fortunately all is working well today. Let`s hope I didn`t jinx it with this post.

LE: Just said it was working well and I was hit with a 503 error...

Right - I've had a half dozen of the errors in about 15 minutes! Hopefully, that will get fixed, too.

What do I need to do in order to go to the real Forum Thread and not the silly Feed View Thread when viewing recent posts under "Most Recent" on the Feed, like it was a week ago?

Tried everything but nothing worked for me. The only thing that got things sorted out was bitching around in this thread.
Try creating another thread, maybe you will get lucky

Maybe you should create a new thread. I don`t know if the mods are still reading this one.

I don't agree - it's not our place for force FL admin to fix anything or even to respond to complaints. We didn't break the forum - we can't fix it.

However, it's THEIR suggestion forum so if they want to know what we think, they should be reading the threads. They know there are problems and posted they are 'looking into it'. They'll fix the issues or they won't - and nothing we post will affect that. My own practice recently is if I get 503 errors - I go do something else.

Not a bad idea. For me whenever I get the 503 error I know that I should stop reading the OT forum and get back to work...lol

After a while you just get frustrated here from time to time. Like last night. Yesterday I logged on and out on two different computers and the same thing happened a few times.

Just gets to the point it is their forum. Creating a new thread is a waste of time IMHO if they can see this thread. It's up to them what they want to do with it and this site.

More glitches today. WF keeps logging me out rather than keeping me logged in as usual. Takes 2 tries to get re-logged in - and then it sends me to the stupid feed and I have play with it some more.

Same problem here. Also, the notification bar doesn`t work. The last notifications I see, are the ones from last week.

For the love of god....please make the option to open the "forum thread" view when viewing the "most recent posts" and "trending posts" from the feed.

The "feed view" is utter and complete useless garbage. Its hard on the eyes...you don't know who's posting and there's nothing to click to switch over to the actual thread. The only way to get to the thread is by searching for the post in the forum. Please do something about this, its so painful to use this forum now.

I get the feed view is probably made so the site is more mobile friendly. But lets face it....this is an internet marketing forum....Internet marketing can not be done from the phone, so it seems silly to cater so much to mobile users.

Whenever I make a post using the feed, not only does my post count not increase....but when I search my posts....the post isn't listed.

So if I make a post and want to find it later to check on it or reply, it is impossible and no where to be found. It's as if the post never existed
