Why is there no link to my profile in the top bar?

Why is there no hyperlink to my own profile in the top bar of the website? Every other vBulletin site has this... instead we have a massive search bar.

    Are you logged in? If so, you should see CP on the bar on the left at the very end.
    If you have checked these things, I suggest asking the help desk.
