[Fixed] Thanks button no longer AJAX-ified?

For as long as I can remember, hitting the Thanks button would simply place my name in the right spot, (and Remove Thanks would remove it... ahem), but in both cases, the page itself would otherwise remain unchanged, and in place, (presumably thanks to AJAX). Now it seems that the Thanks button reloads the entire page, which is highly disruptive, and thus becomes a strong disincentive to use it. I'm not sure what the upside is to this particular change, but please consider reverting it. Thank you.
