Disable Signatures in Classifieds Section (and other paid sections)
I have experienced and seeing many sig. spammers dropping their links in paid threads in the classified section. I have even reported a few of them!
It makes sense to disable sigs in that section (and every other paid section) just like the WSO sub-forum.
