Default MLM section

Let's give mlm people a section all mlm type threads and discussion can be put into.

That would solve the MLM posts showing up in the main forum where most do not want to see them, and give mlm people a chance to discuss their business model without being bothered by those who don`t like it.

Many do not want to see MLM topics on the main forum and threads usually do not go well, as the general population is not interested in it.

Yet MLM is not a banned topic, so since mlm discussion is allowed and is just as much an industry as CPA is the forum would be a more cohesive place if MLM had it`s own section.

If you don`t want to read about MLM you won`t need to. If you do, you can discuss it in a place others who dont like it dont need to be.

Win win for all.

Would more get burnt from MLM compared to affiliate programs?

I'm not sure David, I've never compared the 2, but I believe the WF does already have an anti MLM approach.

You may have a good idea, I'm only commenting based on my experiences.

Not all MLMs are bad, they've just been given a bad name. But so has internet marketing as a whole...

Most of the mlms may sound good in concept, as we know sexy sells. So the more sexy they can make there products sound about all the things they are going to do and make it look how easy it will be to bring people with these sexy products ...the bigger there initial pre launches and launches will be. But if the concept never becomes a solid product where the company can sustain itself on product and not just increased distributors, then its nothing more than a money scheme doom to fail within a few years at the most.

Have you visited and read MLM forums? I'd vote against having those discussed here. Or Paid To _____ forums. Anytime someone makes a post complaining about the quality of WSOs, they should go visit those forums.

MLM is simply a Multi Tiered Affiliate Program

Instead of just getting paid on your own sales you can also
build a Sales team and make overrides on your Sales Team

For those Internet Marketers that say MLM is scammy or hypey
you must be kidding ...

Practically every Guru "Launch" is a lot more hypey than any
MLM could ever hope to be

I joined ACN only 3 weeks ago and I am already 6 levels deep (can provide proof if you like). Because the whole system is based on essential services like electricity, gas, tv, etc. Click my signature for more info.

You may only link to your own sites. No affiliate links. Please stop bumping old threads for sig link exposure.

I disagree with that, lets no forget Google have penalised affiliate sites, plus blog comments have lots the value because affiliate markers have tried to gain the system.

In my opinion, 95% of mlm programs WILL make you money, its just people who dont have the determination to stick with it and succeed rather than complaining and posting on websites "I have just joined a company 20 days a go and havent made any money" what should I do. well duh

Sorry about that, a bit of a rant..

Yes, and please name me anyone in USA who's doesn't already have Mobil Phone or Cable or Electric Service, how do you approach them? Saying: "hey dude, cancel your account and open it trough my affiliate link?" And he said what would I'll have for that?
Discount? Anything? None? You said, "NO!", we have same prices.. So what the heck, I have to switch my cable company (for example) for? And whole system is based on recruting, cause otherwise you'll only getting 4% of the Total bill spend, if you just selling services, with the middle bill $100 you'll be getting $4 per month, now, if you want to make $4000, you need to approach 1000 people Is that even possible?
And where you can find the people who can pay $480 ("Entry fee") just for join ("getting franchise"?). At least other MLM's give you something, I don't know Juice, Health product, whatever, for your money, ACN give you nothing, just ability to run like rabbit and find people without cell phone, cables, Gas or Electric, Who are those people? Homeless? And why they should sign up under you, if prices are THE SAME,
why bother? I dunno.

Actually I'm looking some legit MLM with the hot product to sell..
PM me if you have something in mind.
Thanks.

I'd be excited to see this suggestion made a reality, I have a wealth of experience in MLM and have to say they are given a bad name.

I mean like anything that's worth anything you need to put effort into it, get rich quick schemes generally don't ever live up to what they say they are.

I totally agree. It's amazing how many people get lured into that get rich quick mentailty though.

I mean just look at Empower Network and Pure Leverage as a couple of examples and the multitudes they have sucked in.

I also think it's a great idea but we must make sure that we talk about real MLM opportunities and not about some stupid programs...and trust me, this will be hard!
