Minor Forum Fix Suggestion... :)

I'm sure some of you might already know about the automated rule where you can't send pm's at more than one per 120 seconds, which makes perfect sense to stop spammers on the forum...

However, my suggestion would be to eliminate that rule when replying to pm's that you already received.

For those that do WSO's or have other ads (like a looking to hire ad I had up), typically you might get quite a few pm's at once that you want to reply to, but waiting two minutes between each one can be a real pain. And realistically, there's no real reason to limit that (at least not that I can tell).

So Allen and mods -- just a suggestion to take or leave.
