Thread subscription notes or name

Hello

I subscribe to many threads on the WF for many reasons. Sometimes it is for a list of resources sometimes it is a great question and I want to see the answer, etc.

I would like to be able to label my subscriptions as this would make it easier to remember why I subscribed in the first place.

This would be especially helpful with WSO's as many times the subject line does not really tell you what the product is.
