Technical/Product Support Forum

I think The Warrior Forum should offer product creators and sellers on this forum the option to pay for their own mini forum where they can invite their customers to come participate in their products discussion (post sales), support issues, technical problems etc.

There are many people for example that run software programs and their WSO's get filled with technical questions when it should be filled with pre-sales discussion and maybe some reviews.

These sellers usually resort to creating their own forums but from the few that I have seen most people do not use them as it is yet another website they have to sign up to and is a different place to where they originally purchased their product which is just one too many hurdles for most people and everyone ends up frustrated saying there is no support, the merchant gets his inbox flooded and its spirals out of control.

If there was a forum such as this merchants would benefit because it is a value added service for their customers and it is keeping everything in the one place. The customers are all in the same place as the merchant and his her staff and there is also the third party to all of it being the warrior forum.

It would benefit customers because they can simply use that particular forum area instead of having to email the merchant questions, sign up to another support forum or PM the merchant constantly with the same questions that the other customers have all had answered.

Finally, it would be obviously beneficial to the WF because it can become another revenue stream where by the WF offers the use of these mini product support forums for a small fee. It would also keep the crowds on this website instead of having them leave only to go to another website

If WF doesn't do it, someone else probably will however it will never work as well as it could right here.
