Proposed "why did my post get deleted" sticky

I made the suggestion that a sticky containing links to several of the threads explaining why posts get deleted, even if they don't break published rules, would be helpful. Even though the people who would benefit most might not seek it out, it would provide an easy place to refer people when the subject comes up.
Most of these threads are being deleted, except for the odd thread where a mod takes time to explain things. Rather than have these educational threads sink into oblivion, I propose adding them to the above mentioned sticky.
Mods would obviously still have discretion to provide more expansive answers, but would also have the option of referring to the sticky and locking the thread. Seems like a much more efficient use of time for repetitive queries.
